Raila fails Leadership skill criteria!!!

Mr Oginga, I might not have always agreed on everything you said, but have always respected you. You are one of the key leaders for the Kenya second Liberation!! I have always thought of you very highly. I was willing to support you should if you had won, though I supported Kibaki. There are certain characteristics found in some people that seem to naturally put them in a position where they're looked up to as a leader. But from the happening of the last three days, Sir, has failed miserably as a leader.
One of the characteristic of a good leader is setting direction- A leader also needs to function in an orderly and purposeful manner in situations of uncertainty, like what we have today in Kenya. People are looking at you as a leader during these times of uncertainty and unfamiliarity. Good leaders find reassurance and security and portray confidence and a positive demeanor; you have failed this one too.
Good leaders also are tolerant of ambiguity and remain calm, composed and steadfast to the main purpose. Storms, emotions, and crises come and go and a good leader takes these as part of the journey and keeps a cool head. You have not portrayed any of this sir, again you fail.
A good leader, as well as keeping the main goal in focus, is able to think analytically. Not only does a good leader view a situation as a whole, but is able to break it down into sub parts for closer inspection. While keeping the goal in view, a good leader can break it down into manageable steps and make progress towards it. Today, you have created something you cannot manage!!
A good leader is committed to excellence. Second best does not lead to success. The good leader not only maintains high standards, but also is proactive in raising the bar in order to achieve excellence in all areas. Mr. Raila, you have let this country down. I do not agree 100% with the ECK, and I agree there are few things that can be done and recounting is one of them. We as Kenyan look up to you as role model; you could sincerely have resolved this in better way. We love our country very much and we are not going to let you destroy what we have achieved in a short while. Now I wonder how you can govern if you were elected the President.
